As a police officer, Randy Hicks, president and CEO of online traffic and speeding ticket agency, faced the nightmarish duty several times of informing parents their child had been killed. He is adamant his businesses will spearhead an unstoppable demand for this high tech training by ensuring it is truly affordable and accessible to everyone.

Randy has since dedicated his life, through ventures like Web Traffic Law that fights traffic and speeding tickets in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, New York, Houston and other major cities in North America. Randy Hicks, finished his hockey career and joined the Metropolitan Toronto Police Force in 1972. Among his many eclectic skills acquired from a 16 year police career was an expertise in motor vehicle collision reconstruction and advanced pursuit driving proficiency. The latter ultimately spawned his passion for driver simulator training for the pre-driver segment of our communities (14-16 year old teenagers).
In 1986 a near fatal, career ending neck injury on the job changed his life forever. Following a year of recovery Randy fulfilled a long held dream to enter the private sector as an entrepreneur by leaving public service to open the first non-lawyer traffic law practice in western Canada. He specialized in charges arising from high profile accidents, including many arising from fatal accidents, attracting wide spread media attention.
In 1990, his ground-breaking, precedent setting defeat of the Multanova Photo Radar and its technical reliability remains, as far as we know, the world’s only successful mechanical defence to this technology. The media exposure from this renowned trial led to the evolution of his North America-wide company that now includes over 800 traffic court agents and law offices throughout Canada and the United States.
Randy’s reputation as a highly principled businessman with an unshakeable commitment to ethical business practices has embedded him as a national watchdog for police enforcement mandates across Canada. As a result, the media routinely seek him out for comment on a wide variety of police enforcement initiatives. He has amassed a wealth of media contacts over his 21 year career in this industry and has also cultivated relationships with the heads of several significant insurance companies and other large corporations.
He maintains an excellent rapport with members of many provincial and municipal governments throughout Canada and the United States and is, on occasion, an outspoken proponent of more meaningful traffic enforcement with a reduced ‘cash cow’ mentality.
